Tasting Notes

#1: Bright aromas of pear drops, orange peel and citrus give way to baked peaches, toasted brioche, vanilla fudge and burnt sugar. An elegant whisky, shaped by time and the sea.

#2: On the nose, buttery vanilla custard, baked peaches and sweet mandarins are lifted by nutmeg, candied ginger and a touch of strawberry milkshake. The palate opens with sweet spice, strawberries and black pepper, unfolding into orange oil, custard cream and ginger with a juicy texture. A long, lingering finish of warming spice, toasted vanilla and Seville orange.

#3: The nose opens with beeswax and polished wood, brightened by citrus, orchard apples and a mineral edge of chalk and wet stone, lifted by chamomile and fennel. On the palate, gentle anise and fresh herbs mingle with candied lemon and pineapple, layered over flinty dryness, ginger and light clove on a waxy, oily texture. A long, rewarding finish carries citrus oils, drifting into herbal tea and a subtle balancing bitterness.

#4: The nose bursts with green banana, lime leaf, fresh mango and tinned peaches, layered with nettles, lemongrass and a subtle waxy edge. The palate is juicy and concentrated, brimming with fruit salad sweets and citrus oils, then turning greener with olive oil, sandalwood and hints of resin on a rich, waxy texture. A long finish carries tangerine zest and a touch of white pepper

To find out if these bottles contain valuable liquid, you must open them, thus destroying any monetary value. Very much an anti-investment.
